Weather Top -2°C. A cloudy day up top with low south east winds. There are showers predicted for this

afternoon, so make the most of the morning! Today's expected top temperature between 9am and 3pm is

3°C.


Weather Village +3°C. Light winds in the village this morning, keeping those temperatures low! Rug up and

grab a hot chocolate! Today's expected top temperature between 9am and 3pm is +6°C.


Snow Conditions There is a good snow cover across the higher parts of the mountain, plenty at the top of

the chairlift to play in and throw around. For the backcountry enthusiasts there is good coverage for some

out-the-back adventures. You will require - ski's and/or snow shoes and appropriate snow faring gear. Please

check the weather bureau forecast before heading out. Official snow depth thanks to Snowy Hydro is 140cm

at Spencers Creek (1830m) as at 15 October.

Chairlift and Facilities Kosciuszko Express is open 9.00am to 4.00pm. Australia's highest golf course, the

Thredbo Golf Course, will open when the greens dry out. Thredbo Bobsled, will open when the weather

clears. Tennis Courts are available for hire.

What's On The Thredbo Leisure Centre is open from 8am-7pm. Mission Inflatable 12-4.30pm and waterslide

12-6pm. Self guided walks - discover a little more about Thredbo with a self guided art, enviro, memorial,

ecology and history walk. Maps available from Thredbo Sports. Fly Fishing – learn the art of fly fishing or take

a guided fishing adventure with Snowy Mountains experts, available daily. Bookings 6459 4119 Visit Murray 1

Power Station visitors centre to see behind the scenes of the Snowy Mountains Scheme. Open 7 days 9am

to 4pm entry is free.
