Could this be the worlds best job? NSW Sport and Recreation is looking for assistant
camp instructors to deliver school holiday programs at our eleven sport and recreation
centres around NSW.
"Working on school holiday camps is a fun and rewarding way to develop experience
working with children and young people, said Stefanie Kendall from NSW Sport and
Recreation.
You get to take part in lots of great outdoor activities and look after the children throughout
their time at camp.
If you think youd make a good assistant camp instructor, you need to attend a training
program before applying for employment.
Benefits of training include:
gain experience and confidence in teaching and leading groups of children
ongoing employment opportunities
stepping stone to a career in education.

Training courses involve a small fee to cover meals, accommodation and resources.
Candidates must have completed at least four years of secondary education, turned 18
years of age and left high-school.
