Tuesday 17 November 2009: Future sporting champions, struggling athletes and local sporting teams have only a few more days to tell their sporting story to win up to $150,000 in Rebel Sport gift cards through the NRMA Everyday Sporting Legends program.

Rugby League legend and NRMA Director Geoff Toovey said people should hurry to take advantage of the NRMA Motoring & Services and Rebel Sport partnership which is giving away up to $150,000 worth of gift cards to NSW and ACT sporting teams, schools or individuals.

"Entries close this Friday 20 November so people should tell us their sporting goals and upload photos or video footage to www.nrmalegends.com.au as soon as they can to avoid disappointment," Mr Toovey said.

"You don't have to play a high profile sport like rugby league to enter this program we have received worthy entries from a wide range of athletic endeavours including acrobatics, figure skating, surfing and dragon boating.

"Winners are announced in December and what better way is there for local sports teams, schools and individuals to end the year than with some extra hope to achieve their sporting dreams?

"The NRMA Everyday Sporting Legends program is the stuff of dreams It is the perfect opportunity to get the latest sporting equipment to keep your dreams alive."

Primary and Secondary Schools, community groups and sports teams can enter for their chance to receive a $10,000 or $5,000 Rebel Sport gift card, while individuals can receive a $500 voucher.

To enter you will also need to submit a NRMA Motoring & Services or Free2Go Membership number with your entry. Just provide the Membership number of a friend or family member if you don't have one of your own.

Rebel Sport is part of the NRMA's More4Members rewards program which gives Members access to a vast range of instant discounts and benefits.
