Sports psychology expert available for comment ––


RMIT University’s Peter Meaney is an expert on the psychology of elite competition

and the psychological tricks used by athletes and their coaches.


Mr Meaney is a Senior Lecturer in Physical and Sport Education in RMIT’s School

of Education and the Program Manager for the Graduate Diploma of Primary

Education.


He is available for interview on the psychological methods used by elite athletes

like Ben Cousins in preparing for high-pressure sporting events.
