Maritime Alert
NSW Maritime is calling on all skippers to take extra care when boating following two
capsizes already this weekend.
NSW Maritime CEO Steve Dunn said the two incidents involved boats being rolled over in
waves.
One incident occured at Narooma and one at Jervis Bay.
In both cases the boats were recreational runabouts and all people were recovered, and
NSW Maritime is investigating.
Maritime reminds all skippers they are repsonsible for the safety of their boat and all
onboard.
