80km School Challenge `new' ride option start: 7am Alexandra Avenue
Between Swan St Bridge & Anderson St to Patterson River and back.
50km ride option start: 8.00am Alexandra Avenue between Swan St
Bridge & Anderson St.
ALEXANDRA GARDENS
5.30am & 6.00am Lord Mayor of the Melbourne City Council John So will
start the 250km and 210km rides.
8.00am Pro Team CSC- Saxo Bank at start of 50km ride
1.15 pm Pro Team CSC-Saxo Bank at CSC corporate tent.
2.30 6pm Great mass finish shots of thousands of cyclists, from the slick to the silly, crossing the finishing line and resting at Alexandra Gardens (ref. to map on page 2 of
release)
Beach Road will also provide great shots of riders throughout the day as this is the main route for the ride options.

sponsorship challenge to raise money for The Smith Family, which provides educational programs to
disadvantaged Australian children.
